Initial Consultation: Our first interaction will typically involve an initial consultation. This consultation serves as an opportunity for us to get to know each other better. I will ask questions to gather relevant information about your concerns, background, and goals. It’s also a chance for you to ask any questions you may have about the therapeutic process or my approach.

Assessment and Treatment Planning: Following the initial consultation, if we both agree to proceed, we will move forward with a comprehensive assessment. This assessment will involve exploring your current symptoms, relevant life experiences, and any factors contributing to your difficulties. With this information, we can collaboratively develop a personalised treatment plan that aligns with your goals.

Therapy Sessions: Our therapy sessions will typically take place on a regular basis, with a frequency determined based on your needs and preferences. Each session typically lasts around 60 minutes, providing ample time for us to delve into the issues you wish to address. Throughout our sessions, I will offer guidance, support, and evidence-based interventions to help you overcome your challenges.
